I would just like to express my sincere thanks to Sarah in your customer service department. I ordered some goods from you yesterday but unfortunately the order was duplicated and I received two order confirmation numbers from you. I telephoned Sarah yesterday afternoon, and she said that this had not got through to her screen, but she would deal with as soon as it does. I really thought that I would receive duplicated items, as most of the people that I deal with are very inefficient. I arrived in work this morning, and my first telephone call was from Sarah, stating that she had cancelled off one of the order, and therefore I would not be debited for this. What a service! This is an excellent service, and I wish more companies had your staff and the competence. Once again, thank you to Sarah for her prompt response, and I congratulate you all on your efficient customer service. I work for a large Retail Shoe Company, and I know that we try very hard to please our customers, and I know that our customer service manager here would be impressed also. Thank you once again.
